Ordering Processing Change Notification CONMED to STERIS

STERIS acquired certain Gastroenterology (GI) products from CONMED in April 2026.

STERIS Canada Sales ULC will begin taking and fulfilling orders for the GI products that were acquired from CONMED beginning November 2nd, 2026. You can continue to place orders as you typically would for these products until this date. CONMED will continue to take and fulfill orders until then.

Starting November 2nd, 2026, acquired CONMED GI products sold and invoiced by STERIS will be processed under the STERIS Canada Sales ULC. Please update your ordering system / item master files for the CONMED GI products shown on Exhibit A to reflect the STERIS Canada ULC (GLN# 0724995110185).
